Claudia & Gideon

Linseed House

A wedding close to the heart; built on family, relationship, romance, and of course - good food. Inspired by provincial Italy, we wanted the space to feel as if you’d walked into your Nonna’s green house. Using Claudia & Gideon’s favourite pasta recipe as inspiration, we filled the space with fresh produce - tomatoes, zucchini flowers, artichokes - with guests taking the ingredients home to recreate the recipe. In true Silva fashion, she asked her Mum to grow basil for the space, months in advance; the smell of the towering plants filled the enormous room.

Layered between the vegetables and vine, we used Claudia’s favourite flowers to embellished the space. A mix of anthurium, calla lillies, chamomile, Queen Anne’s lace and trailing amaranthus, every corner held deep connection to the couple.

AWe had the privilege of working with @glendagraffevents & philipcarrevent one last time to bring this to life. It’s an honour to create with such talented industry legends.
